modifications that we make.

Confidentiality Policy: All responses to Article One Partners' Patent Studies (including the data describing or related to prior art references, the prior art references and any data related to the Advisor who submitted the references including the identity of the Advisor), and all analyses conducted by Article One and its external Advisors, may be used by Article One for any purpose subject to and in accordance with our Terms of Use, Compensation Agreement and Privacy Policy. All such information and materials shall be treated as confidential, except to the extent expressly disclosed by Article One, and may be subject to legal privileges and protections, as applicable.
